Policies
A credit card on file is required for all appointments at the time of booking. It is not charged prior to service unless charged for cancellation or no show policy.
A MINIMUM 24 hours notice is required to avoid a 50% charge of the service.
No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment and cancellation fee will be charged.
Fill ins must have 50% of lashes left and under 4 weeks from last appointment. Any less than that will be considered a new full set.
Touch up appointments are only for 10 days or less from last fill with 75% lash retention.
